Another amazing check up done! Front desk staff was very friendly and greeted me by name. The lady that cleaned my teeth was super patient and kind to my two chatty daughters not to mention gentle with my sensitivity to metal. Dr. Fackrell was pleasant and attentive as always. I highly recommend!!!

Dr. Fackrell's office is always professional and friendly. I never feel pressured in to treatment. They're very clear with options and alternatives. The office staff is on top of your insurance and will happily check your benefits ahead of time. Love, love, the hygienists and assistants there! Dr. Fackrell himself is always prompt and professional. He's seen my whole family and we always feel like we've been given the best of care.
Staff is great. Dr Fackrell is so good with my kids. I love that he is thorough but not overly aggressive in his treatment plans. Just a great office, highly recommend.
Great job on crown for implant and hygienist very thorough
I like that Dr. Fackrel is conservative with filling cavities. He waits and watches to see if it turns into a real cavity rather than filling every single shadow that he sees. This is a great trait in a dentist. Staff is very friendly and professional.

The staff is very friendly and know who you are right when you walk in! Dr. Fackrell won't try to sell you on a procedure you don't need and is very fast. He doesn't waste your time. The hygienist are great! Kristen and Ella are both kind and friendly which makes the whole process a lot less stressful. I love this office!
I love this office, all are friendly, helpful, and professional! I will miss my old hygienist, but my new hygienist was wonderful, thank you Ella!! Dr. Frackrell is so great. He listens, he never does unnecessary procedures and really takes the time to know his patients and really takes the time to explain procedures if any needs done! Everyone in the office, all the staff, front and back, are so sweet and the atmosphere is so calm, which is good in a dentist office!!! I've never had hidden costs from any procedures I've had done . I also really appreciate that they educate you about all the options and let you choose which one you prefer without pressure. Stephanie is the best hygienist I have ever had. She performs oral cancer screenings and education on brushing techniques. She is very good and my teeth felt very clean. She has a passion about dental hygiene and really cares about your teeth. She’s hands down the best hygienist in IDAHO.

I’ve been going to Dr. Fackerell’s office since I was a kid. I am now 27. Everyone there has always been so good with me and they are good with my kids. The staff is all kind, curteous, and great sat their job. They get things done pretty quickly. They even do hand and feet molds for your babies for free! They are just the best!

I chose Dr. Fackrell for a variety of reasons: he has high quality experienced staff that is irreplaceable, he served our Nation by caring for Native patients on our local Indian Reservation, he has volunteered free services to a uninsured veteran friend of mine, his wife is my friend and truly his backbone and strength, (shout out to you Cher), he coaches basketball at a local high school, his kids are great people too, he is conservative in his practice in that he will make strong recommendations but is sensitive to patient needs, I LOVE my hygienist Kristen who has been with the doctor since he began, I've sent many a family member and friend to him, plus his receptionist Cheryl is amazing. Pocatello is so lucky to have this Dental practice and I highly recommend them for anyone age 3 months to 103 years!
